Natural 11-13 mm kernels are the reference grade of the world hazelnut trade. Türkiye's Black Sea coast supplies most global exports, with Italy, Azerbaijan and Georgia as the main alternative origins. Chocolate and spread makers, bakeries, roasters and nut importers in the Gulf, Europe and Asia buy them raw for roasting, chopping or paste. Price is set by the size of the Turkish crop, kernel yield, TMO purchase prices, farmer selling and the lira. After the frost driven spike of 2025, the large 2026 crop has pulled prices down sharply, although wet harvest weather has cut kernel yields and keeps upside risk for sound lots. We offer it on a FOB Türkiye basis from Black Sea and Istanbul exporters, as spot lots or monthly shipments under a seasonal contract, against an agreed specification and inspection.
