HDPE film grade is the resin converters use to blow thin, strong film for carrier bags, garbage bags, liners and packaging. Gulf producers in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and Iran are among the world's largest exporters, and their material is the reference for buyers across the Middle East, East Africa, South Asia and Türkiye. Buyers are film converters, bag makers and polymer distributors. Price follows crude oil, naphtha and ethylene costs, the monthly list prices of Gulf producers, Chinese demand and freight. In autumn 2026 HDPE film has been one of the tighter PE grades in several import markets and has traded at a premium to LLDPE film. We offer prime grades from Gulf producers CFR Jebel Ali or direct to the buyer's port, priced against the current monthly level and confirmed by proforma.
