What we collect
Only what you type into the request form: name, company, email, phone, country, product and message. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your currency choice is stored in your own browser only.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare an offer and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Our staff handling the request, and our email and hosting providers that carry the message. If a deal goes ahead, the details needed for the contract may be shared with the supplier, the carrier or the bank of that deal.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Contract records are kept as long as UAE law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to us through the form or calling our office. We apply the UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on personal data protection where it applies.
