Denim in the 10 to 12 oz range is the core weight for jeans, jackets and workwear. Pakistan and China are the largest exporters by volume, Türkiye leads on fashion qualities and speed to Europe, and Bangladesh is growing its vertical capacity. The standard trade item is a 3x1 right hand twill, rope dyed indigo, either 100% cotton rigid or with 1 to 2% elastane for stretch. Buyers are jeans manufacturers and garment exporters in Egypt, Bangladesh, Morocco, Türkiye and the Gulf, plus fabric wholesalers. Price per metre depends on weight, stretch content, finish, dye depth and the cotton market. We offer denim on an FOB Karachi basis from mill standard qualities, as ready lots at the mill or made to order on approved shades.
